Return and Exchange Policy

Makes ours customers satisfied is ours goal , If for any reason you do not love your shopping. We will happy accept return or exchange.

Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakeOnly Stock Hair Weave can be returned.

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request the refund . The return hair must be in the original condition as it was sent to you. All packaging, including wig caps, wig bag, wig 
label or tag, etc. must be returned with the unit. If the hair has been altered in any way, we cannot accept an exchange! NO EXCEPTIONS! This includes, but is not limited to any of the following:

  • DO NOT Attempt to correct the problem yourself before contacting us
  • DO NOT Put any chemicals on the Unit
  • DO NOT Perm the Unit
  • DO NOT Dye the Unit
  • DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Unit
  • DO NOT WEAR the Unit
  • DO NOT Cut, Tear or Rip the Lace
  • DO NOT Put Glue on the Unit
  • DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit
  • DO NOT Put products on the Unit

Return´╝Ü

Please email to service@luxweave.com within 48 hours to make an application of return. Emails received after the 48 hours will not be taken into consideration. We will send a reply email within 12 hours.

Before returning, please contact us first; we are not responsible for any packages posted without our consent. Please send the return hair pictures for ours reference

The shipping fee of return would be paid by customers .

We can offer FREE returns for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. There won’t be any restocking fee charged, just a $25 shipping fee will be charged for the order we shipped to you at the beginning of the sale, will be deducted from your payment.

Exchange:

If you don’t like the item, please email to service@luxweave.com within 48 hours after you received the package and please send us with picture of your item for ours reference.

Please send email firstly for get ours shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back with ours permission.

We can offer 1 time free exchanged for the items that must be like original hair and package. The customers will be required to pay the shipping fee of sending the item back to us. After we have received the tracking number from you we will then ship the exchanged item for free.

For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

For Rush Exchange:
You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back. 
-Place a new order online ,we will send your new purchase after payment received 
-When we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue the refunds or store credit that has no expiry date.
